Nail Addict

        Nails have become my new accessory. Throughout my early teenage years, the style of my nails consisted of two shapes, one length, and the colors either pink or nude. My personality has always represented my fashion sense. Recently, I entered a space of creativity, curiosity, and freedom with my style. I started experimenting with new colors, designs, and shapes. At first, I was skeptical of if I liked or disliked my choices, but I was expressing my creativity freely. I had moments where I was like “what was I thinking?”, but I don’t regret my choices because I was having fun. I can be very simple at times, so this was a HUGE change for me.  To begin my journey with going wild with my nails, I used Pinterest as a resource to find inspiration and ideas. I know this might sound crazy, but having creative nails made me find this higher level of confidence within myself. I always try to find ways to learn more about myself and gain self-love; this is one of those things. Push yourself to step outside of your comfort zone, if you want to discover new things you may like.  Don't hesitate, just do it! I encourage people to go all out with their nails with different shapes, colors, and designs. Even if it’s not being creative with your nails, find out what works for you and what makes you feel confident, happy, and free.
